Roy Page, President
Roy Page is the founder of Page International, Inc. and currently serves as its President and CEO. Roy began his career in 1968 in warehousing operations. From 1969 to 1972, he served in the U.S. Army, returning to the maritime industry in February of 1972, where he worked in the stevedoring operations of Savannah-based Smith & Kelly Co. He transferred to the freight-forwarding department in 1973, where he rose to the level of Vice President. In 1988, Roy joined Detroit-based John V. Carr & Sons, Inc. as Director of Exports.
Roy opened Page International in February 1994. Roy has attended numerous seminars and has held a position on a seminar team that traveled across the country speaking on export documentation. He has been a licensed Customs House Broker since 1997.
Patrick Page, Vice President
Patrick Page, a Savannah native, is the Vice President and a shareholder of Page International. He joined Page International in June 1998 as Sales Manager after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in June 1998. In addition to his internship with the Georgia Ports Authority at both the Garden City Terminal and Ocean Terminal in 1996, Patrick also interned with the Stevedoring Services of America, working with the physical loading and unloading of containerized, breakbulk, RO/RO and general cargo vessels calling the port of Savannah.
Patrick opened the Atlanta branch of Page International in January 2000 to establish a physical presence at the southeast's largest gateway, generate new sales growth and initiate the company's expansion to offering IATA air export services. He obtained a United States Customs Broker's license in January 2002 and was promoted to Vice President of Page International in November 2002.
After relocating full-time to the Savannah office in March 2008, his primary responsibilities involved the forward strategy of the company through upper management support of the current operations and revenue growth in all areas of transportation services offered to beneficial cargo owners and through its worldwide network of foreign agents.
He is currently pursuing an executive masters of science degree in international logistics and supply chain strategy at Georgia Tech with an expected graduation date of August 2011.
Debby Stevens, Senior Manager, Savannah Operations and Compliance
Debby Stevens began her career with Page International in June of 2000 with an entry-level position in the company’s Export Customer Service Department. She quickly advanced to the position of team leader within that same department and was asked to bring her business knowledge and organizational skills to the Import Department as manager in 2004.
In September 2008, she was promoted to Senior Manager of Savannah Operations and Compliance, where she reports directly to the Vice President, with all Savannah department managers reporting directly to her. Debby is also a licensed Customs Broker, having received her license through the port of Savannah in February 2010. She is a graduate of South University with a Master of Business Administration and a Associate degree in Accounting.
Jackie Johnson, Manager, Ocean Export Bookings and Traffic
Jackie Johnson was born and raised in Tampa, FL, where she graduated with honors from Gaither Sr. High School. Soon after, she attended Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA in pursuit of a degree in psychology. While living and working in Atlanta, GA, she began her career in the logistics industry as a sales support representative for APL. During her time at APL, she learned much about the shipping industry and was pulled for a special task force to assist in issue resolution during the West Coast Port strike in late 2002. In 2003, she moved to Savannah when Jackie’s (then) fiancĂ© was offered a position.
In February of 2003, Jackie joined Page International as a member of the Export Customer Service Department. Jackie worked her way up to team leader and became manager of the Export Bookings and Traffic Department in 2006. She lives in Pooler, GA with her Husband Eric and her son Brady.
Reagan McGowan, Manager, Import Department / Interim Manager, Transportation Analysis
Reagan McGowan grew up in Ludowici, GA and attended Savannah Christian Preparatory School followed by the University of Georgia, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. While at UGA, she studied abroad in Niteroi, Brazil and also traveled to Austria, Aruba, Canada and Mexico.
Reagan came to Page International in September 2005 from a Department of Defense contractor where she coordinated logistics for U.S. Army personnel and equipment by air, ocean, rail and truck. She was promoted to Import Department Team Leader in February 2006 and manager in September 2009. Reagan also passed the Customs Brokers License Examination in October 2008 and officially received her Customs Brokers license in January 2010, which was issued through the port of Savannah. Reagan currently lives in Shellman Bluff, GA and enjoys boating and fishing along the coast.
Danny Holmes, Manager, Air Exports and Compliance (Atlanta office)
Danny Holmes joined Page International as the Air Export Manager in January of 2009. He brings with him over 8 years of experience in the international trade industry with involvement in various aspects from warehousing to sales. His duties at Page International include expediting air export arrangements and maintaining current information on air export tariffs, licenses and restrictions. Danny coordinates the safe transport of our clients' goods via air from the U.S. to foreign countries of destination. His duties also include bid requests, negotiating rates with airlines and ensuring that Page International Air Export Department is in compliance with federal, state and local rules and regulations.
He attended Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis, IN with a concentration towards Business Management. Danny’s core focus was management, which included classes such as Marketing, Sales and Communication I & Communication II.
One of his accomplishments was being promoted from Import Coordinator to National Account Manager on a global account within less than 2 years. He earned this advancement in his career by thinking as an entrepreneur for his employer. Danny did this by making decisions that reflected a positive bottom line for the company and also worked extremely hard to exceed the customers’ expectations. He believes anything can be done if you apply enough hard work and his motto is "difficult takes a day and impossible takes a week."
