GPA Terminal Set To Resume Monday Evening, October 10 – Gate Operations Re-open Tuesday Morning October 11

As released by the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA), October 8 @ 12:15 p.m. – To all our valued Customers, Service Providers and Port Stakeholders:

We are pleased to report all power has been restored at both Garden City and Ocean Terminals in Savannah. Power at our Brunswick facilities will be restored by the end of today, Sunday, October 9.

The U.S Coast Guard is in the process of assessing the Savannah river channel and at this time it appears vessels will be permitted to transit Monday morning, October 10. Upcoming vessel sailing schedules will be promptly posted at gaports.com when available.

Container operations at the Garden City Terminal are set to resume Monday evening. Gate operations will resume Tuesday morning, October 11.
